The process begins with the scanning of documents; when they come in paper or the entry of the files; if it is a digital file. The documents are classified, recognized, captured, validated (against tables or formulas ex. RUT), verified (manual correction of unrecognizable data) and automatically transferred in reliable electronic data, well structured, in the format required by the customer (ex. TXT) and with searching option.
It includes the layout of the templates and even the final delivery of the information in a database.
